Found an interesting article about twitter bios at http://www.bnet.com/blog/small-biz-advice/8-words-that-should-never-appear-in-your-twitter-bio/1752?promo=713&tag=nl.e713
The general message was to right in plain language without hyperbole, exaggeration, or fluff.
A related article about website was at http://www.bnet.com/blog/small-biz-advice/10-words-that-should-never-appear-on-your-website/966?tag=content;drawer-container which again highlighted the importance of plain language without the fluff.

Reboot Break?

Hi -
This article came my way while I was downloading email on a cruise ship - not my normal "Internet free break" but a reading/writing sabbatical. As you know, in recent years, I've taken my Internet free breaks and other opportunities to chunk my work (or get away from work altogether) very seriously . . . and I've encouraged each of you to do the same. As I've written and spoken on, this article confirms that without real breaks we're susceptible to burnout. Although I know we have lots of work to do, our level of work isn't sustainable without self-care and "rebooting." I encourage you to continue to take care of yourself - and thank you for all you do for us. :-)
